Anslation

Delivery operations on one map. Plan, dispatch, watch and cost every route.

Anslation Atlas is the delivery and field-operations product in Anslation One. Turn the day's orders into routes, give them to drivers and vehicles, follow them on a live map, clear what goes wrong and see what each route costs.

One loop, every delivery day. Plan, dispatch, watch, fix, then know the cost.

Each step has its own place in Atlas, so a dispatcher always knows where to look.

Pick an operating area, such as a city or a hub, then open the section for the job in hand.

Made for Indian delivery teams. Rupees, Indian addresses and every kind of vehicle.

Only what Atlas does today. Where something is missing, the list of gaps further down says so.

  • Settings › Rates

Rates in rupees, set by you

The currency starts as INR. Enter your own cost per km, driver cost, stop handling and fuel price; until you do, Atlas labels its starting values as defaults.

  • Places

Indian addresses on an open map

Find customers and hubs by address and see them on maps built from OpenStreetMap data. A place without coordinates is listed, never pinned at a guess.

  • Fleet

    From two-wheelers to heavy trucks

Two-wheelers, three-wheelers, cars, vans and light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, on diesel, petrol, CNG or electric, each with its own capacity and mileage.

  • Routes › Stops

    Reasons that match the street

A failed or skipped stop records why: customer unavailable, address issue, refused, damaged, access blocked or out of time. A retry counts the attempt.

  • Operating areas

    Each company's data kept apart

Every list, map and export is filtered to your company's operating areas. Another company's record answers "not found", never its data.

What Atlas does not do yet. Better to read it here than to find out on a busy morning.

Atlas grows section by section. These are the gaps today.

What Atlas does not do yet
Not yetWhat it means for you
Driver appDrivers do not get their routes or tasks on a phone yet. Positions, check-ins and issues are recorded in Atlas by your team.
Customer tracking linksCustomers cannot follow a delivery from a link yet, and Atlas sends them no messages.
Live traffic and road routingDistances are straight-line estimates scaled by your road factor, and arrival times use your average speed, not traffic.
Stop order optimisationOptimise is a straight-line heuristic, nearest neighbour then 2-opt, for one route at a time. It does not weigh delivery windows or spread orders across vehicles.
Telematics and GPS hardwareNo vehicle tracker, fuel card or on-board diagnostics feed is connected; odometer, mileage and service dates are entered by hand.
Registration certificate validityAtlas flags insurance, fitness, permit, PUC and driving licence dates before they run out, but does not keep the RC's own validity date yet.

What is Anslation Atlas?

Atlas is the delivery and field-operations product in Anslation One. Dispatchers and operations managers use it to plan routes with stops, dispatch work to drivers, watch the day on a live map, clear exceptions and estimate what each route costs.

Who is Atlas for?

Dispatchers who turn orders into routes and clear exceptions, operations managers who need to know whether today is on track, fleet managers who look after drivers and vehicles, and owners who want the cost and margin of each route.

How does Atlas put stops in order?

Optimise reorders a route's pending stops by nearest neighbour and then 2-opt on straight-line distance, and recomputes the distance and arrival times. Atlas says the result is a straight-line estimate, and you can reorder stops by hand.

Where do the cost and fuel figures come from?

From the rates in Settings › Rates, in rupees by default: cost per km, driver cost per minute, handling per stop, fuel price, mileage and CO2 per litre. Every estimate lists the rates it used and whether each came from your settings, a vehicle, the route or Atlas' own default.

Does Atlas have a driver app or customer tracking?

Not yet. Drivers do not receive routes on a phone, and customer tracking links stay switched off until those pages are ready. Positions on the live map are location events recorded in Atlas.
