Free calculators for delivery and fleet teams.
8 calculators for delivery teams in India. Each one works in your browser, prints its formula, works through an example and names the source of every legal limit and emission factor it uses.
Costs and time
What a trip, a delivery, a driver and a day on the road cost, and how long the day takes.
Fuel cost calculator
Work out the litres, fuel cost, tolls and cost per km of a delivery trip, one way or return, for diesel, petrol, CNG or an electric vehicle.Cost per delivery calculator
Add up a day’s driver pay, vehicle, fuel, tolls and overhead, take out failed attempts, then see the cost per successful delivery and break-even delivery fee.Delivery time calculator

- Load volume calculatorWork out the CBM, actual, volumetric and chargeable weight, how much of a vehicle’s body and payload a load uses, and an estimate of floor pallet positions.
- Axle load calculatorCompare the load on each axle group with the permissible limits notified by the road transport ministry and see any overload per group, as a guide.
- E-way bill calculatorCheck whether a consignment generally needs an e-way bill and how many days the bill is valid for the distance, as a guide to the CGST rule.
- CO2 emissions calculatorEstimate the kg of CO2 from the fuel or electricity a delivery vehicle uses, with the emission factor and its published source printed beside the answer.
Why every page shows its formula
A number you cannot check is hard to trust. Every calculator here prints its formula in words and symbols, and works through an example with the same maths the calculator runs, so you can check an answer by hand or rebuild it in a spreadsheet.
Where a figure comes from a rule or a published table, such as the e-way bill limits, the axle weights or a CO2 factor, the page names the document, its edition and the day it was checked, and links to it. Each page also lists what the calculator leaves out.
Questions
Are the calculators free?
Yes. They need no account and no sign-up, and you can use the answers in your own work.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The maths runs in your browser, and the calculators do not send or save the values you enter. Copying an answer puts it on your own clipboard.
How exact are the answers?
As exact as the values you enter. Each page prints its formula and a worked example and says what it leaves out. The e-way bill and axle load tools are guides to the rules, not legal advice: check the current rule before you rely on a figure.
The calculators show the maths. Atlas runs the day.
