Store purchase refunds

Anslation Store refund rules should be clear before checkout and match the actual products being sold.

Eligible physical-product refunds may require proof of purchase, order number, return approval, and acceptable item condition.

Shipping charges, return shipping, taxes, discounts, and payment-provider fees may be handled according to order terms and law.

Non-returnable, customized, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, or damaged-by-customer items may be limited or excluded where allowed.

Digital and subscription refunds

Digital products need separate rules because access can begin immediately and returns may not be practical.

Digital downloads, templates, licenses, creator assets, or immediate-access products may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Subscription cancellations may stop future billing but may not automatically refund past billing periods.

If a digital product has a technical issue, Anslation may first attempt support, replacement access, or a corrected file.

Services, retainers, and custom projects

Service-based work should be governed by the agreed scope, milestones, payment terms, and work already performed.

Discovery, consulting, design, development, marketing, ads, and custom work may be non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

Milestone refunds, credits, or cancellations should follow the applicable statement of work or invoice.

Ad spend, third-party tools, domains, hosting, marketplace fees, and external costs are generally not refundable by Anslation.

Requesting a refund
