Anslation

Remote support in the browser. Nothing to install.

The person you help opens a link, types a one-time code and shares their screen. You see it live, chat and leave pointer notes, and every session follows your approval rules and lands in the audit log.

Anslation Remote · JoinSample
Sample values: the session your team stages and the join page the person you help opens. The code is shown once and works for 15 minutes.

A session in three steps.

No account and no install for the person you help: a desktop browser and the code are enough.

  1. Stage a session

Start one from the console or from a support request. You get a 9-digit code, shown once and valid for 15 minutes.

  2. They join with the code

The person you help opens the join page, types the code and allows the session when your policy asks them to.

  3. They share, you help

They pick a screen or window in their browser. You watch, chat and leave pointer notes; they can stop sharing or leave at any time, and your team ends the session.

What it does, and what it does not.

Anslation Remote is view-only screen support with someone at the screen, plus an optional agent for managed devices. Here is plainly what that includes and what it leaves out.

It does

  • Shows you, live, the screen or window the person chooses to share
  • Chat and pointer notes in the session, seen on both sides
  • Consent and approval rules per policy
  • A support queue with SLA timers, linked to sessions
  • An audit log with CSV export, and reports
  • Separate workspaces with owner, admin, operator and auditor roles
  • An optional agent for managed devices: device status and approved terminal commands

It does not

  • Move the mouse or type on the other computer: screen sessions are view-only
  • Show a screen when nobody is at the computer: screen sessions are always attended
  • Move files: a file request is an approval entry, and no file is sent
  • Keep a video of the session
  • Share a phone screen: sharing needs a desktop browser

Built for teams that answer for every session.

Around the shared screen sits what a support team needs to run sessions it can account for.

  • Approvals and consent

Each policy decides who says yes: the person you help, an admin, a second approver, or the policy itself.

  • Support queue

Requests with a priority, an owner and an SLA timer, and a session started from the request.

  • Audit log

Every change and session step in one log you can filter, and export as CSV up to 10,000 rows at a time.

  • Reports

Sessions, approval rate, queue times and SLA results over the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

  • Workspaces and roles

Each team or client in its own workspace, with owners, admins, operators and auditors.

  • Optional device agent

For managed devices: it reports device status and runs terminal commands that pass the policy check, with nobody at the device only where an access rule allows it. It has no screen sharing of its own.

Who says yes to a session.

Set per policy, and stricter for terminal sessions. With no policy, any other session asks the person you help.

Approval modes in Anslation Remote
ModeWho approvesUse it when
Ask the person you helpThe person you help, on the join pageThey should decide who sees their screen
Admin approvalAn admin or owner of the workspaceA senior person should sign off each session
Manager approvalAn admin or owner other than the operator who started itNobody should approve their own session
Approved by policyNobody: the session starts at onceLow-risk help where speed matters most

Terminal sessions are stricter. With someone at the device, one always waits for an admin (under Manager approval, one other than the operator who started it): consent on the join page never starts it on its own, and neither does Approved by policy, and its commands run only while that person is on the join page. With nobody at the device, it needs an access rule, which sets its own approval.

What the person you help needs.

  • A desktop browserChrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer. On a phone they can still join and chat, but not share the screen.
  • The code, or your linkThe code can ride in the join link after a # sign, the part of a link that browsers never send to a server.
  • A network that allows a direct pathThe screen travels peer to peer over WebRTC. Public STUN servers find a direct path on most networks; very strict ones need a TURN relay, which is not on by default.

Not sure about a network?

Questions, answered plainly.

What is Anslation Remote?

Remote support in the browser, with approvals, a support queue and an audit log. The person you help shares their screen from a desktop browser with a one-time code, and your team watches, chats and leaves pointer notes; screen sessions are attended and view-only. An optional agent for managed devices runs terminal commands, with nobody there only where an access rule allows it.

Does the person I help need to install anything?

No. They open the join page in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer, type the 9-digit code and pick what to share. They need no account either.

Bina software install kiye screen share kaise kare?

Open the join link from your support team, type the 9-digit code and allow the session if you are asked. Then click Share my screen and choose a screen or window. Your browser does the sharing, so nothing is installed.

Can I use the mouse or keyboard on their computer?

No. The screen share is view-only: a browser cannot send input to another computer. You guide the person in the chat and with pointer notes, and they make each change on screen themselves. On managed devices, the optional agent runs terminal commands; it has no mouse or keyboard control of its own.

Remote access kya hai?

Remote access means reaching a computer from somewhere else. Anslation Remote does a narrower part of it: the person at the computer shares their screen with you for one session, and they can stop at any time. On managed devices, an optional agent can also run terminal commands, with nobody there only under an access rule.
