From a question about how you work to one thing to practise.
Choose one for a question you have about how you work. Each test shows its minutes and what it looks at before you start.
Rate short statements or choose what you would usually do. Every answer is saved, so you can stop and come back.
See where you sit on each pattern's scale, the band that describes it and how much the result rests on.
Choose one pattern to work on and try practice steps picked by fixed rules from your results.
A result places you on each pattern's scale, between its two named ends where it has them. Neither end is better, and the band names come from the test itself.
Every pattern a test looks at can feed one work skill, such as communication or execution. Grow shows how often each one shows up in your answers.
Nobody outside Persona sees a result unless you share it. Inside Persona, people with manager access can open a completed result.
A share link shows band names only, never your answers, and stops working when it expires or you turn it off.
Team figures appear only when at least 5 people other than the reader have results. Nobody is ranked.
Assign tests, follow who has started or finished, and read group figures without ranking anyone.
Every position and band follows fixed rules, set out in plain words on one page.
Short reads on getting the most out of a result.
No. Persona shows each pattern a test looks at as a position on its own scale, with a band name written for that test. It never sorts you into a type, and when your top patterns are level it says Even profile instead of picking one.
Each test shows its own estimate in minutes before you start, along with how many questions it asks. You answer one question at a time, every answer is saved, and you can stop and come back to finish.
You can, and so can people with manager access to Persona, who can open a completed result. Nobody else sees it unless you share it: a share link shows band names only, never your answers, and it stops working when it expires or you turn it off.
No. Persona has no ranking of people and no list of lowest scores. Teams shows who has started or finished an assignment, and group figures only when at least 5 people other than the reader have results. A Persona manager can still open your own result.
Yes, for a scored result: you sign in, answer, and the result is kept for you in My results. Some tests can also be tried without an account, in a preview that scores nothing.
By fixed rules. Each pattern's position, on a scale from 0 to 100, comes from your answers, and the band and the headline follow published rules; practice suggestions are picked by fixed rules too. No language model is involved.
