Analytical thinking
Analytical thinking is how you break a problem into parts, weigh the evidence and reach a decision you can explain.
Persona skill
Collaboration is how you work with others toward a shared result: sharing context, keeping commitments visible and repairing friction when it appears.
When it shows up often in your answers, you may naturally keep others in the loop and look for ways to help, and teams tend to find you easy to work with. Watch for taking on everyone's problems, or smoothing over a disagreement that needed to be had.
When it shows up less, you may prefer to own a piece of work and get on with it. That independence is valuable. The risk is that others cannot see your progress or your blockers until late, so small check-ins do a lot of work.
A test's pattern feeds this skill when its name, or failing that its description, uses words such as team, collaboration, support, trust, partner, coordination, friction, repair or conflict.

No. Good collaboration includes disagreement about the work, raised early and directly. What it avoids is surprise: commitments that slip without warning, and context that only one person has.
Yes. Clear updates, shared notes and asking for input at the right moment are collaboration, even on solo work that other people depend on.

Communication is how clearly you get your meaning across, how well you take in what others mean and how you adjust to the person in front of you.
Leadership is how you set direction, give people the context to act and follow through on what was decided.
Learning agility is how readily you learn from new situations, try new approaches and change course when something is not working.
Self-regulation, at work, is how you protect your attention and recover from pressure before it turns into rushed work or avoidable mistakes.
Execution is how you turn a plan into visible action: a clear next step, an owner and a deadline, carried through to done.
