Communication
Communication is how clearly you get your meaning across, how well you take in what others mean and how you adjust to the person in front of you.
Persona skill
Analytical thinking is how you break a problem into parts, weigh the evidence and reach a decision you can explain.
When it shows up often in your answers, you may reach for structure and evidence first. That helps with planning and with decisions that are costly to undo. Under time pressure it can turn into waiting for a certainty that will not come, so it helps to name the smallest decision you can make now.
When it shows up less, you may lean on experience, instinct or other people's judgement. That keeps work moving and often works well. On a choice that is expensive or hard to reverse, a short written check of the evidence can catch what instinct misses.
A test's pattern feeds this skill when its name, or failing that its description, uses words such as analysis, data, logic, clarity, problem, strategy, focus, evidence or accuracy.
Growth lenses group skills for a direction you might grow in. They are lenses for growth, not a judgement of job fit.
Not by itself. Persona looks at how often this skill shows up in your answers about your usual habits, not at how well you analyse. A strong signal says you often reach for analysis; it does not grade the analysis.
No. Numbers are one kind of evidence. Analytical thinking also covers clarifying a problem, comparing options fairly and checking claims made in words, plans or designs.
It can, when analysis carries on after the useful questions are answered. Agree in advance what evidence would be enough to decide, and stop there.
Communication is how clearly you get your meaning across, how well you take in what others mean and how you adjust to the person in front of you.
Collaboration is how you work with others toward a shared result: sharing context, keeping commitments visible and repairing friction when it appears.
Leadership is how you set direction, give people the context to act and follow through on what was decided.
Learning agility is how readily you learn from new situations, try new approaches and change course when something is not working.
Self-regulation, at work, is how you protect your attention and recover from pressure before it turns into rushed work or avoidable mistakes.
Execution is how you turn a plan into visible action: a clear next step, an owner and a deadline, carried through to done.
