Anslation

One way to help, five kinds of team.

Every team runs the same session: a code, consent, a shared screen and an audit log. What changes is who approves, how the queue runs and what you report on.

The same session for every team.

  1. Stage it

From the console or a support request, with a one-time 9-digit code.

  2. They join

In a desktop browser, with consent when the policy asks.

  3. Help and log

Watch, chat and leave pointer notes; the audit log keeps every step.

A starting policy for each team.

Use case questions, answered.

Which teams is Anslation Remote for?

Teams that help people who sit at their own computer while they are helped: IT help desks, customer support, small businesses, schools and colleges, and MSPs.

Which teams should pick another tool?

Teams that must see or work a screen with nobody at the computer, move files, or use the keyboard and mouse themselves. Screen sessions in Anslation Remote are attended and view-only; with nobody there, its optional agent runs terminal commands only, under an access rule.

Can one company run several teams?

Yes. Each team or client gets its own workspace, with its own members, roles and policies.
