Is there a TeamViewer alternative without a download?
For attended, view-only help, yes: Anslation Remote uses the screen sharing built into desktop browsers. For full control, or a screen with nobody at the computer, you need an app such as TeamViewer. With nobody there, Anslation Remote runs only terminal commands, through an optional agent installed on the device and under an access rule.
Can Anslation Remote reach a computer when nobody is there?
Not to see its screen: every screen session is attended, and the person at the computer joins and shares on purpose. With nobody there, the optional agent for managed devices can run terminal commands, only where an access rule allows it; it has no screen sharing of its own.
Does Anslation Remote keep session videos?
