Anslation

Anslation Remote vs AnyDesk. Two different jobs.

Pick AnyDesk when you need full keyboard and mouse control, file transfer or access to unattended computers. Pick Anslation Remote when the person you help should install nothing and every session must be approved and audited.

Which one fits your support?

Pick AnyDesk when

  • You work the mouse and keyboard on the other computer
  • You look after computers when nobody is at them
  • You move files during a session

Pick Anslation Remote when

  • The person you help should install nothing
  • Every session needs consent or approval, and a log
  • Seeing the screen and talking it through is enough

Setup and safety.

  • SetupAnyDesk runs as an app on both computers. With Anslation Remote the person you help installs nothing, and your team works in a web console.
  • ConsentIn AnyDesk the person at the device accepts each request and chooses permissions. In Anslation Remote your policy decides who approves, and each step lands in the audit log.
  • A safety noteFraudsters often ask people to install a remote access app during a call. AnyDesk is legitimate software; the risk is who is on the other end. Share only with a team you contacted yourself, and never type an OTP, UPI PIN or password while sharing.

AnyDesk questions, answered.

AnyDesk safe hai ya nahi?

AnyDesk is legitimate software. The risk is a caller who asks you to install it and then watches you type a password, OTP or UPI PIN. Install or open any remote access app only for a support team you contacted yourself.

Is there an AnyDesk alternative that needs no install?

For attended, view-only help, yes: with Anslation Remote the person you help shares their screen from a desktop browser with a one-time code. For full control, or a screen with nobody at the computer, a remote desktop app such as AnyDesk fits better. With nobody there, Anslation Remote runs only terminal commands, through an optional agent installed on the device and under an access rule.

Can Anslation Remote use my mouse and keyboard like AnyDesk?

No. Screen sessions are view-only, so you guide the person in the chat while they make each change themselves.

Is Anslation Remote free?

There is no public price yet; access is by request. It also does a narrower job than AnyDesk: screen sessions are attended and view-only, and with nobody there its optional agent runs only terminal commands, under an access rule.
