Join a support session

Enter the code your support agent gave you. Your screen is not shared until you choose to share it.

9 digits, like 123 456 789. A code works once and stops working 15 minutes after it is made.

What happens next

  1. You see who is helping you, and what the session lets them do, before your screen is shared.
  2. If you agree, you pick a screen, window or tab to share. Sharing shows it to them, with no control of your mouse or keyboard.
  3. Chat while you work it out, and stop sharing or leave at any time.
