- Pay the US$50 yearly fee, which is refunded if you are not approved.
- Wait for the review, which Eatwild says takes up to 48 hours.
- Request a secure update link whenever details change.

The listing costs US$50 a year and renews automatically. Farms that miss the criteria are not approved, and an administrator reviews every profile update before it goes live.
