How to get listed on dev.events
- Ensure your event site clearly shows date, location, registration link and some speakers.
- Click the New event button at the bottom right of dev.events.
- Enter the website (no shortened links), event name, dates and an optional moderator note.
- Optionally add a dev.events logo to your site to speed up review.
- Wait for approval; future events from your community can then be added automatically.

Event links are nofollow, and the 'best conference' boost costs $3,800 a month. The form says publication can take 7 days; the About page says approval takes up to three working days.
