Ansi

Where Ansi’s answers come from

Ansi writes each answer for your question. It shows sources only when it searches the web, and research mode builds the answer from several sources with a citation for each.

How an answer is made

Your question is read for what you are trying to establish, relevant material is gathered and checked, and a response is written for your question. That is why two similar questions can get differently shaped answers.

When you see sources

Sources appear when Ansi searches the web for an answer. An answer written without a search has no sources to show.

For questions that need current facts, ask for sources or use Intelligent Research (AIR): it searches the web, ranks sources by quality and date, and gives an answer with citations you can open, plus any gaps it found.

Keep in mindAn answer is only as good as the sources the search finds. Open the citations for anything you will rely on.

Saved answers

When your question closely matches one Ansi already answered well, it can reuse that answer so replies stay consistent. Answers people mark down, or that are past their date, stop being used. Personal details you share are never reused as answers for anyone else.

The checks before you see it

Before an answer reaches you, Ansi checks it for thin, off-topic or wrong-language replies and missing sources, and retries or repairs one that fails. That checks how an answer is built, not whether every fact in it is true.
