Detail
Party duties splits the setup and cleanup nobody volunteers for. List the chores, list the helpers, and deal: a seeded shuffle hands the work round-robin so no one carries more than one chore extra. Trades are one tap — pass any chore to the next person — and each chore checks off as it is done, so the host can see at a glance what is left and who has it.
